Conleth Hill è un attore nordirlandese nato il 24 novembre 1964 a Ballycastle.[1] Nel 1985 entra alla Guildhall School of Music and Drama di Londra che lascia nel luglio del 1988 avendo già ottenuto il suo primo ruolo in televisione[2], nella serie TV Boon[1]. Nello stesso anno fa il suo debutto anche a teatro.[2]
La notorietà arriva nel 2000 con la rappresentazione teatrale di Stones in His Pockets[1], che nel 2001 lo porta a fare il suo debutto a Broadway [3] e a vincere il Laurence Oliver Award nella categoria Best Actor[4].
